Some day my children will post Zumba clips and have a great laugh at my expense. My mom did Jazzercise. She even wore the super sweet Jazzershades sunglasses!
Unfortuneately, I have a vivid memory of doing these exercises!! They were the new 'hip' (oh that word dates me too...) exercise tapes on the market, and you could exercise in the privacy of your own home!!! Of course, you had to get the special jazzercise outfits to really lose weight!! :)

In an effort to avoid doing my work, I just watched both of those videos in a sort of stunned trance. I...just...don't...know..what...to..say.

You know I just went over to ebay and bid on some of these classic VHS tapes.
